goods are supplied from Allahabad to Varanasi but the supplier is reg under Maharashtra gst is it inter or intra supply.

goods supplied by maharashtra Registered person to UP registered person then it is inter state supply ... and IGST charge
It will be Interstate supply But ,, as per E-way Bill portal it will be treated as Intrastate As the movement of goods is within the state.
