WHILE CLIAMING INSURANCE FOR THE VEHICLE INSURANCE OF GOOD AND CARRIAGE, INSURANCE COMPANY REIMBURSED THE amount spent on spareparts partially but not the gst paid on spare parts how to claim the itc without any action from the insurance company side.

If the insurance company refuses to pay the GST, it is often due to documentation issues. Ensure the repair garage issues the invoice directly to the insurance company (with their GSTIN). If the invoice is already in your name, the insurance company cannot claim the ITC, leading them to refuse payment for the tax component. If you are a business, you may be able to claim the ITC yourself, provided you have a valid tax invoice in your company's name.
