Institute has introduced a new format of machine readable answer book for MAY 2011 examinations. PCE candidates are requested to go through the instructions contained on the backside of the cover page and adhere to them especially with regard to darkening of OMR circles and removing the BARCODE sticker from attendance register of a concerned paper and affixing the same on the cover page of answer book.

this is bad... coz even now when the examiners write the marks, its quite illegible and apparently thats why there are errors in copying the marks to the computer from the sheet.
What if the examiners who are understandably in a hurry to check the papers, do not correctly highlight the circles for marks? More trouble I think than there is already...
NOW EVEN WRITING NAME AND ROLL NUMBERS IN THE ANSWER PAPERS HAVE BECOME COMPLICATED... 
i didn't get the third point regarding code sticker.. can anyone plz elaborate?
