Quick Summary
Generally, non-members cannot directly inspect a company's financial statements unless they have a legitimate interest, such as for loan disbursement or credit analysis. While auditors' staff can access them as part of their work, the public can access certain filings like AOC-4 and MGT-7 for any company through the MCA's public documents facility, often on a paid basis.
