Inspection/certified copies

Hello,

         I have a doubt over this latest amendment in which student can view/obtain his/her answer sheets.

         Suppose i apply for the certified copies then how will I get those copies...? Through post or wat??

        N if i apply for inspection, how n where should i go n inspect my copies..?

       ICAI has given no details regarding this points.

Please guide.
