no any member have right to inspect the financial statements of the company as per section 128
but section 145 allowed to inspect the fin. statements of the company.

s. 128 talks about keeping books of accounts and s. 145 is for signing of financials by auditors and open for inspection to members. There is difference in books of accounts and financial statement. A member has right to inspect financial statement and not books of accounts maintained by the company. other holding of 1 share of reliance will go to office and ask that show me ur books of accounts....
