I was reading IBC from Munish Bhandari's handbook of nov 17 attempt and the full book of may 18. However when i compared questions that came in exams in both of these attempts, they are not found in any of these books. They were Incorporated after exams are asked. How can one attempt those 10 full marks if topic is not even in the book.

Cherry on the cake,I just downloaded icai's IBC, those questions are not even there. Where am I supposed to read from now? Can anyone guide?

Hi Zoya,

IBC is a really crucial chapter as it carries weightage of 10 marks. Since IBC's inclusion in the syllabus, both the attempts have had questions composed of recent case laws relating to CIRP. No question has been asked directly out of any provision in the institute's study material. The worst thing is that no relevant cases/judgements are mentioned in the Institute's material or RTP or notified by BOS.

So you need to go through the major case laws relating to IBC law before your November exams. I have attached a link of a recent document published by EY consisting of major IBC judgements. You should read them once so that you are able to form correct conclusion in the exam based on the facts of case.
