Inquiry about trust to get certificate under sec 12A and sec 80G

As per Notification No. 10/2018-Income Tax issued by the CBDT as on 19.02.2018.

Charitable or religious trust or institution can apply for registration under section 12A online.

For registration of Charitable or religious trust or institution require to  file Form-10A.

And for aplication for grant of approval u/s. 80G(5)(vi) of IT act, form 10G is filed online.

The path for accessing the Online Forms is post login go to “e-File” is as follows: 

 “Prepare and Submit Online Form(Other than ITR)”

 “Select the Form”

 “Select the Assessment Year” (If applicable).
