As per C.G. VAT Act Input Tax Rebate is not allowed on "Motor Car"
Please any body can clarify me the difinition of Motor Car for C.G. Vat Act.
Whether Vat Credit will allow on Tipper purchase or not ?

define the use of tipper to be used in facotry of production to your Vat officer and take his concents, if he is satisfied to define the tipper in "plant and machinery" to be used for final production of "taxable goods" then you can avail input credit,
under motor car/ vehicles input credit is not admissible.

I am very much agree with you but is there any notification or something in which definition of Motor Cars came. Tipper we are using for material transportation which are ultimately use in manufacturing
its case of merit and demerit of tipper used as plant and machinery, VAT officer will go through your submission and would allow the same in plant and machinery, after that only you are eligible for taking credit.
