what if one bill of parchase is received from the seller after the filing of vat return for that period? how can i claim such tax credit? vat returns of both the parties have been filed already...

U can claim the input credit following month
You can cliam the input credit on any particular material anytime during a particular Financial Year. Even after you have filed your annual return, if you want to take some credit, then you can take the credit and then revise your annual return.
