itc will be available on all, except hotel booking in other state. This is a little doubtful.
Why ITC is not available on hotel other than State...when we are talking about one India one TAX...then why firms/Company are not getting ITC ???
Say you are registered in UP and you hotel booking is in Mumbai. The Hotel will charge CGST and Maharashtra GST. Maharashtra GST wont be available to you as you are not registered under Maharashtra GST Act. CGST portion should be available however there is no clarity on the same. It will depend upon the programming of GSTR-2 by the Government. Hopefully once the excel format of GSTR-2 will be released it will get cleared.
