Our co. got ST-3 in 16th Jan, 2015. This is involved in Real Estate. At present, there is no output service tax.
1. Can we take the Input Service Tax Claim?
2. We have file nil service tax return on 22.04.2015 for the period Oct,14-Mar,15.
