Input Service Tax credit on Club Membership

Hi -

We are the service provider of  mobile towers. We have paid Service tax on club membership on behalf of one of our employee. If he resigns the job, the benefit will go to other employee. In such situtation, can we take cenvat credit on service tax?

who will the membership fee???? if you pay the same then u r entitled to take the benefit of cenvat.
