Quick Summary
This discussion addresses a client's situation where GST input tax credit (ITC) was claimed in April/May 2019, but the supplier hasn't filed their GST returns. The core question is whether the ITC needs to be reversed and how to calculate any applicable interest. Advice clarifies that ITC reversal wasn't mandatory for April/May 2019 if the client held the invoice, even if it wasn't reflected in GSTR-2A.

No you need not reverse the ITC if your client have invoice of that vendor.
The condition of not claiming ITC if it is not in 2A, was not applicable for April and May month.
Sir, i used such itc Apr, may, now it will reverse?
