if I claim input on provisional basis and thereafter my gstr 2a is not auto populated ...in that case, I have to pay tax earlier allowed as input , in that case what should be the remedy?

solution is there
when GSTR2 is operative you can fill details of invoices for which you have not received credit but actally hard copy is with you in "add missing invoice details"
if you have claimed credit wrongly then 24% interest is payable
