i dont think this is a question tat anyone could answer coz the change of syllabus and other internal matters are decided by the Institute... so they will change it appropriately according to the present industry standards....
as my opinion, i can only say that, such a subject should be changed every six months coz of its fast development. but then, if there is a change any time, obviously Ca final syllabus should also change....
there's nothing like only PE2 studnts like me should study Info tech... also final stdents r bund to study it, including other chartered accountants....
