NO.. professionals can grip nethin tat comes ther way... & i dont think ne think can be tougher than passin a CA exam :)

On the contrary I might say CAs are in an excellent position to assess information security, its basically another set of controls  ;)

No not at all. I am a C.A and an LLM and one of the domain that i handle in my Company is CISO.
Its damn easy and interesting !!
