1) I want to know if I can proceed with service tax registration. My company was registered as LLP in Bangalore and we are operating completely from Pune. So, how can I process with service tax registration? What address proof I need to supply with the registration? My company registered address at Bangalore or the operating address at Pune?
2) And I have commercial place now at Pune rented with the partners name. Does the rent agreement requires the company name? or partner name will be fine?
I am very much confused now regarding the address proof. It will be great if someone can help me.
