I want to file ITR of a Company (PVT. LTD) for AY 12-13. Please tell me what the procedure of filling ITR of A company and which documents to be required for filling such return.

U will first need to create an online account for the company with the help of PAN card on the ite of income tax dept. also register the digital signature of any of the directors. then fill up ITR with the help of profit nd loss and bal sheet. digitally sign the return and file the same online .
