Dear Friends,

Kindly clarify my doubt urgent plz...

My articleship training was started from 30th Sep 2012 will end on 29th Sep 2015.

Now i already complete my articleship period of 2 years 3 months and 10 days with excess leave of 15 days. (30/09/2012 to 09/01/2015)

Please clarify me, shall i go for Industrial Training from 12th Jan 2015.

If i go for industrial training, My training period will be 8 months and 2.5 weeks (12/01/2015 to 29/09/2015). but while adding excess leave taken (15 days) with training period it will be 9 months and 0.5 weeks.

Is it allowable?. Kindly confirm it as early as possible. And also post your comments at mkarthickkumar007 @ gmail.com

u shd go fr d training and mention the completion date aftr addin excess leav days(which is ur actual completion after extension) in the form.

Can i adjust the excess leave taken in the training period.

Example:

For the period of 9 months leave allowed is 38 days (270/7). Can i take onle 23 days after adjusting that 15 days excess leave

Is it permissible?
