Industrial training Guidance

Hi Vikas!

I'm in CA Final appearing for 2nd group. I've cleared my 1st group. I did my articleship of 2nd year (in 1st year i took dummy) & then joined INDIAN OIL CORP as an Industrial trainee.
What i can advice you is to choose from:
1. simple articleship where you can join some coaching centre also & appear well for exams, or
2. go for Industrial training and try to maintain balance between training & studies so that u can fairly appear for exams. Usually u dnt get time to study for long hrs but u can make a daily schedule to study before leaving for office or after returning home.

doing IT along with studies makes life hectic but let me assure u my friend that after becoming ca there are ample opportunities. Even in GMCS, faculties lay stress that one should go for excellent training or a rank.
apart from professional development there would be see diff in ur personality too. ur comm skills sharpen, u get more confidence as u become part of team of pros.

Now I am in a small firm, Where I am availing much time for coaching classes and studies.

Iam appearing in May 2008 Final Exam

I have also planned to go for IT in a blue chip company from June 2008 onwards.

hi i hav cleared my ca final in may 08. now i am left wit only 6 mon of articleship. i wanted to know whether i am eligible for industrial training. is there any provision for extension of articles?

pls help me i am in a great confusion.
