industrial training completion

hi!!!

i need some clarification regarding completion of industrial training... i submitted my form one month back for training completion.. i checked my articleship status with my student registration number but the field seems to be blank.. i then tried to check the same using my principal's membership number.. again the page says there are no records of articled training found.. earlier when i was registered under my principal i could view my details under her membership number... is this the case with industrial training completion?? because for other normal articled assistants, the details appear under the "students completed article training" column when we search using membership number of the principal.. kindly help me out as i have not received my letter for completion also...
