Industrial Training

There is rule that you can get transfer for Industrial Training but if your principal is refusing then in that case you will have to fight with your pricipal to get transfer because for them article is cheap source of labour.

Thank you all... But, i wonder about this weired structure of our institute.. The one, who doesn't want to go in practice have also to undergo 3 and a half yrs of articleship or u can call it a time of hardship, with such a low pay..

Instead, it shud be like 1 & half yrs (balance tym) voluntary the person who want to be in a service sector, whr he can hav dual benifits of  first learning work of a particular industry, and good amt of stipend!!

CANY ANYBODY FROM KOLKATA TELL ME IS THERE ANY OPENING FOR INDUSTRIAL TRAINEE IN ANY REPUTED COMPANY???
