i am into my 10th month of articleship in chennai.i am afraid that i am not getting enough exposure in my firm . i would like to know more about the industrial training scheme like what are the skills required to get placed in industrial training, does it help in the longterm etc.

I am in my 7th month of articles.Actually Industrial training can be undergone only in the last 1 year of articles and not now.As far as the skills are concerned, probably u need good scores in your final or pcc as the case may be.
