Dear All
the industrial job work unit if crosses Rs.10lac threshold limit needs to get registered under service tax? or is not covered under service tax.
Plz Clarify.

if the job worker is doing job work of an item that is ultimately suffering ED then no ST liability.
And registration to be done once the limit of Rs 9 lacs is crossed
