I have got an opportunity to get industrial training from an MNC recognized by the institute. Last 10 months of my articleship hev started.
After the new provisions can I take transfer from my existing CA and join industrial training???
Plz. Help....
Yes, industrial training can be opted since it is not considered as a transfer. But after minimum duration of 9months of industrial training one cannot do articleship again for the balance period.
Yes Ranjan, you can easliy take transfer for Industrial training...
And you would not have any problem as insutrial training can last for 9-12 months...!!
