yaar shinoj in jabalpur only 2 passd(both grp) out of 140 students ...thts less than 1.5% !!!
While overall is around 8-9% ...
not only that...around all the smaller centres of india you can see this diverse fluctuation...
i firmly believe there is regional bias regarding passing.
hai frnds i m dng ipcc. i m from vijayawada,andhra pradesh. in my city ipcc pass percentage is 2% . wat would i say abt dis. too bad passing process. definetly there is regional bias

I want to know whether does it makes any difference if we appear for the exams from anyother centre. like i am planning to appear from indore for IPCC.
