i v seen on institute web site that service tax is not in ca final course, can anybody confirm my doubt

hey...dun talk out f this world..its in ca final dear..but only the no. of taxable services to b read for the purposes of exam has been limited to 32 uptil nw..as far as my knowledge goes...u may confirm though.
What? Infact in old syllabus 20 marks and in new syllabus 40 marks.
