can a party selling goods to a customer in india raise its invoice in foreign currency if the purchaser is exporting the goods as it is?????
when a manufacturer clears goods to "merchant exporter" for onward supply of said goods to foreign buyer, through customs route, the said clearance is called indirect export in hands of manufacturer.
Indirect export means export through merchant exporter. Invoice to Indian buyer though he is merchant exporter , can not be in FE terms.
