Indian person goen for employment out side india as crew mem

Dear Sir,

Supposed Mr. A goen for employment on ship as crew member.

year                      No. of days out side      Amt                                   

2012-13                     150 days                   Rs.400000/-

2011-12                      270 days                  Rs.500000/-

2010-11                       180 days                  Rs.400000/-

2009-10                        189 days                 Rs.400000/-

2008-09                         90 days                  Rs.400000/-

Assumed no ther income, Pl not consider minimum Exmeption Limit.

Pl find out tax liability year wise, what the way to save tax.

Supposed above salary recevied in USD and vessel is foreign going,

if he is never out of india befor 08-09. the he is

 

Resident & Ordinary Resident for 12-13, 10-11 & 08-09 years, His all incomes are taxable.

Where as he is non resident for other years, then only those income which are recieved in India, accrue or arise in India or deemed to accrur or arise india will be taxable
