is it compulsory to appoint women independent director and if yes then how can I know that company is under top 500 listed company because on 31st march 2018 I can calculate our company market capitalisation but how can I get to know that this capitalisation makes us under top 500 listed companies.? please elaborate and make it as simple as you can.
