Hello Gopal Somani Sir, Are u not aware of Clause 7 of Part 1 of 1st schedule to CA Act 1949 which explains about A CA should not use any other qualification suffix or Prefix to his name, May i know any recent amendment in this case, why do u use before ur name in addition to CA (CA CS Gopal Somani). as a teacher you should teach what is right and wrong, wen teacher him self does not know? how can he teach students? correct me if i am wrong, i ready to learn any point of time in my life

Mr. Deva, I would suggest you to read the clause thoroughly before asking questions. 

As a Professional or Professional course student, you should have sense how to ask question without making any allegation.

Dear CA CS Gopal Somani Sir,

i thought you would correct me, but insted you are useing the Word Sense, Yaa i don't have? do you have common Sense? how to answer a student Question when he is not aware ... i Do not Know how you are teaching....big ???? .. I leave to you sir, at least now you will correct me if u have Sense.

There is no misconduct in using CA CS before the name .... misconduct would have been there if someone uses full designation as a Chartered Accountant + any other full designation like COMPANY SECRETARY, Advicate along with Chartered Accountant .... the words like CS , LLB merely represent qualification not the designation... Mr Deva u better understand and read the clause first
