Not yet known. It will be applicable only after these Ind As are notified by Central Government after consultation with NACAS (NATIONAL ADVISORY COMMITTED ON ACCOUNTING STANDARDS). Atleast till next two attempts i.e upto Nov13, it wont be applicable for CA Final Syllabus. We all have been hearing that Ind As will be applicable since 2011 but things are very slow in India. Lets see how long it will take....this is our India....things take lots of time to change. By the way the first step before implementation of Ind AS was Revised Schedule Vi. And now that schedule vi has been revised, lets hope that Ind As will come into effect very soon.
