IND AS 109
Hi friends I have doubt in Ind AS 109 , why leased assets are not considered as financial instruments?? Thank you in advance.

financial instruments specifically exclude financial lease
Any tangible or intangible assets are not covered by Financial Instruments (or Financial Assets definition). There are different standards that measure those assets (including PPE, Intangible Assets / Leased Assets).
For lease there is a separate standard in international accounting standard as well as in IAS as. I.e ind as 117
So lease is dealt by ind AS 117 not 109
