My name is K.Ramana Reddy, chartered accountant working with NTT Data IPS Pvt ltd. i need your help regarding ind as 103 appendix c. while accounting for BC under CC we have to follow pooling of interest method. excess of PC over shareholders funds will be adjusted against capital reserve, which may lead to nagative capital reserve also. In future if we dont go for another BC, nagative CR will not be touched. Now my doubt is how to eliminate the nagative CR from BS in the future. can it be amortised like goodwill. Auditors(PWC) suggest that it can be amortized. need your help. i would be very grateful if you could help me on this.
