I WANT KNOW THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF CERCULAR REGARDING INCREASE OF ARTICLES SHEAT UNDER A CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT. PLEASE TELL ME

In my opinion ICAI has invited objections & suggestions on said circular till 10 june afterwards they will send it to govt which will approve.Till then we have to wait & watch.Please correct me If I am WRONG.
official date is 12th june 2007 ... one of my friends is trying for articles and the boss said he'd be able to answer only after the official gazzette comes out on tuesday , 12th june
