a company authorized capital has been increased in september 2014 with back date of 30th march 2014 .should this be qualifed by the auditor for the fy 2013-14 ?

As far as i know, u need not qualify the report for the same. But ensure that the necessary forms have been filed with the ROC within the prescribed time limit if any.
