Increase in authorized capital

Hi, Our Company held EGM for increase in Authorized Capital in March 2014. The required form SH 7 is being filed now as Form 5 is not available any more. Confusion is that though the increase in Authorized Capital is done as per Companies act 1956, however form SH 7 requires confirmation by the director that all complainces as per CA 2013 has been complied with and also that Ordinary resolution is as per CA 2013. Pls guide
