Increase in authorized capital
Hi,
Our Company held EGM for increase in Authorized Capital in March 2014. The required form SH 7 is being filed now as Form 5 is not available any more. Confusion is that though the increase in Authorized Capital is done as per Companies act 1956, however form SH 7 requires confirmation by the director that all complainces as per CA 2013 has been complied with and also that Ordinary resolution is as per CA 2013.
Pls guide

You can attach the shareholders' resolution passed under old Act. Since it comes under transition from old act to new act, it does not matter when you mention that due compliance to that effect has duly been made.
