For AY 2017/18 Appeal Allowed. Consequential order given and Refund Determined after loding a complaint under CPGRAMS. Refund adjusted against another AY 2016/17 demand.
But status of AY 2017/18 has not changed on IT portal. Concerned AO has been approached, requested, pleaded, peition submitted, emailed, requested multiple times. But demand for AY 2017/18 still showing and accruing interest.
Simply out of ideas as to what to do :(. Have added a reminder to the CPGRAMS issue as well. But nothing happening :(
