Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies the documentation required when incorporating a company using the SPICE+ form. It addresses whether a formal rental agreement or a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the property owner is sufficient for the registered office address. The consensus is that either a rent agreement or an NOC is acceptable for the incorporation process.

You can access either rent agreement or NOC, both are accepted
