Hi,
while incorporating a company (wholly owned subsidiary of a foreign body corporate)
we encountered a problem :
"passport number of the foreign national & Business visa or
Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)should be attached with stamps of arrival in
India."
however, the foreign national has never been to India.. other than this person there is also a resident director
Why have they asked so.. and how to resolve the issue..
