Now you also need to file form-AGILE along with Spice forms. Even if you dont need gst registration filing AGILE is mandatory.

AGILE is for GST registration alongwith incorporation. You can fill in the details and get gst registration with incorporation. Or simply click 'no' option in the form. But filing is mandatory.

GSTIN is granted along with Certificate of incorporation. No further steps required.

Hello Mohit,

Here are the steps in Registering a Private Limited Company in India?
Below are the steps involved in registration:
Step 1: Make an application for DSC (Digital signature certificate)
Step 2: Apply for the DIN (Director Identification Number)
Step 3: Application for the name of the availability
Step 4: File MOA and AOA
Step 5: Apply for TAN and PAN of the company

Step 6: Availing the issued certificate of incorporation by RoC (Registrar of
Companies)
Step 7: Open a current account in the name of the company
