there are no such requirements with regard to incorporating the co.limited by guarantee. here you just have to carry out the procedures just like incorporating the private company. the only difference is that instaed of entering the authorised and paid up capital you have to fill the numbers of members to be included in such comapny. and the other procedure is same as other companies.
