Problem
1. for incorporation of pvt co, There are 7 shareholders
out of which, 3 are Directors having DIN and the rest of shareholders(4) not having DIN and they only members but they are Investors in the Company.
FAQ
1.while filling INC 1 , Shall i fill all directors name?, problem is I can not fill name with out DIN?
2. Shall I mention the all names in MOA and AOA along with all persons DSC while filing INC 32/33/34
Dear Sir
I get to understand there are 7 promoters
3 of them are director cum shareholders
balance 4 are shareholder only
Shareholder doesnt need DIN number.
in column 6(a) of Inc 32, fill 3 (having DIN) and 4(not having DIN)
in INC 33, you can mention PAN number Also (if u r not having DIN)
