Incorporation of BPo in sez requires state governments clearance and many such formsalities under the sez Act.

For incorporating BPO Companya s private limited comany you will have to incorporate with help of any Prfessional i.e. CA/ CS/ CWA after the company is incorporated, the annual complainces you will have to complied with like in relation to Incoe Tax, ROC, Service tax and other allied acts.
