We are incorporating a new Private Company with two promoters, which are body corporate and two directors.
While filing form 1A, we have given one of the directors name as Applicant in point 2 of the form.However at the time of checking the Form, one messsage is coming which says that "DIN/PAN/Passport and name of the applicant as entered in the details of the applicant should also be eneterd in the details of he promoter".
But our problem is that we have only two promoters which are body corporate and we dont want any individual promoter, in that case what is the way out to this problem.Is it necessary that one individual has to be selected for incorporation of a company in addition or the body corporates can incorporate a new company by authorising some persons on its behalf.
Kindly suggest.
