Incorporation of a Co.

Speak to Your CA and ask him to explain the same being New it is not advisiory to do anything which you are not aware of. Anyhow just to Tell on High Level speak to the respective person and ask him what kind of business/ Company is he planning to set up i mean Pvt Ltd, OPC , Producer or even LLP can be suggested if being a small concern. Then ask for the Details as required for Incorporation forms by doing the Regular process of INC1 & others or try using INC-29 0r INC 32 ; but make sure the below details are available of Directors and SUbscribers Etc.Accordingly you proceed.

However i would advice kindly go the requirement first then the Incorporation process as to what has to be preapred and produced then speak to your CA to explain him the tit bits then start with. Do your homework before you anything.
