incorporation certificate with wrong date

what is the date of incorporation as per Master data on MCA.?

actual date of incorporation is 8/1/2011 but it was stated in certificate of incorporation as 5/1/2011. allotment was made by company in 7/1/2011 ... now actually the company is not in existance on date of allotment. so is this allotment valid?

As per section 9 : From the date of incorporation mentioned in the certificate of incorporation, such subscribers to the memorandum and all other persons, as may, from time to time, become members of the company.

Allotment made by company in 7/1/11 is valid.
Company will come in existence from the date as mentioned in certificate of incorporation and not from the date when company receive such certificate.
