Incorporation Certificate not received
We registered new company in the month of 04th Jan 2021. We not received any soft copy of Certificate of Incorporation , We have not received the original Certificate of Incorporation till date. Moreover complaints also registered in MCA portal. Kindly let me know, what should I do now?

It takes time you will get incorporation certificate within due time
Call MCA helpline and asked them
Dear User, COI has been sent to the registered Email Id. The status of SRN is now Approved. You can track the same through Track Transaction Service on MCA portal. For information on ePAN & eTAN Copy, Please reach out to NSDL. Thanks, MCA Support Team
