Incorporation

Name given to you would  lapse.

One of the promoter of the above mentioned co. is director of another pvt ltd co., & regarding the same FORM Fte has been filed which is still under process.

can we go ahead with the incorporation process of new co., or should wait til the other co.'s closure process is approved.

Dear, Just file form 1A again with same name attaching a letter which is signed either by all Promoters or Applicant of the Proposed Company referring to Concerned ROC....that due to some unavoidable reasons we are failed to incorporate the company with in due time (of 60 days), so  we are applying with the same name again of the Company having same promoters and Directors kindly approve the same.

The concerned ROC will definitely approve the name again.
